Preparing your home for sale can be overwhelming, but we offer a range of services to help. Every job begins with an in-home consultation to identify exactly what needs to be done to sell your home fast and for the most money possible.
Our "Hands-on Team Staging" Includes:
- Selecting vendors and contractors from our extensive referral base to get the jobs done quickly and at a fair price.
- Coordinating with your Realtor to get the home ready in time for photography and broker open houses.
- Providing support for the de-cluttering and packing process. We can work with you or you can “do it yourself,” depending on your personal time constraints.
- Locating and providing links to the items needed for Staging Day, such as new towels and fresh bedding for the master bedroom. Order on-line and have everything delivered prior to Staging Day.
- Hands-on Team Staging: Our team arrives and in just a few hours, your home is transformed and in perfect showing condition.
The cost for this service is $150 per hour.
